The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the country of domicile for Ajmal Perfumes.

Online payments are accepted through Visa and MasterCard, and the cardholder’s details must match the card used for payment.
The Website may include links to third-party websites (“Linked Websites”). Ajmal Perfumes is not responsible for the content or services provided through these websites and assumes no liability for any damages resulting from their use.

Ajmal Perfumes reserves the right to accept or decline any order without legal obligation or liability. Examples of reasons for refusal include:
- Product unavailability or pricing/description errors.
- Failed or declined payment authorization.
- Shipping restrictions.
- Invalid or incomplete delivery address, including freight forwarding addresses.
After submitting your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgment Email, confirming receipt but not acceptance.
A Shipping Confirmation Email will be sent once your order has been dispatched by Aramex, indicating acceptance of your order.
Prices
All prices shown on the Website refer to the product price only and exclude shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
Ajmal Perfumes reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice; however, such changes will not affect orders already confirmed and shipped.
Promotions:
- Free shipping is available for orders above SAR 345, with delivery estimated within 3–7 working days.
Promotional gifts and offers cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions.
Payment Terms
The total amount due includes the product price plus shipping fees (if applicable).
Payments are made in the currency specified for the selected shipping destination.
The card or payment account must be in your name, and all information provided must be accurate and current.
All payments are subject to verification and authorization by the bank or payment service provider.
Ajmal Perfumes will not be responsible for delays or payment refusals by the issuing bank.
If your payment card is in a different currency than the Website’s displayed currency, the total amount will be converted at the exchange rate determined by your bank. Refunds may vary due to currency fluctuations.
Invoicing
Electronic invoices may be issued in compliance with applicable laws, and your acceptance of this format is implied by your use of the Website.
Delivery and Risk
Shipping is currently available only within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Orders are processed during working days (Sunday to Thursday), and delivery times are calculated from the date of order processing.
Delivery services are provided by Aramex, and the data collected for shipping purposes includes customer name, delivery address, and contact number.
Cancellation and Returns
Orders may be canceled or returned in accordance with our Return and Cancellation Policy.
If you wish to return an item after delivery, shipping fees will apply unless stated otherwise.
Legal Age for Purchase
By placing an order for a product subject to an age restriction, you confirm that you are of legal purchasing age.
